At Threadart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and securely package them in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
